Web technologies are the tools, software, and standards used to create and run web-based applications, such as websites and web applications. They include programming languages, frameworks, and markup languages, such as hypertext markup language (HTML) and cascading style sheets (CSS). Web technologies also involve multimedia packages and database technologies.
Web technologies allow computers to communicate with each other and interact with hosted information. They enable the creation of engaging, interactive, and dynamic online platforms that can be accessed via web browsers.
