the ability to insert images and tables.
Spreadsheets: Spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets,
or Apple Numbers enables users to organize, analyze, and manipulate data in
tabular form. Spreadsheets are commonly used for financial calculations,
budgeting, project planning, and data visualization.
Presentation Software: Presentation tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Google
